One of the most impacting weeks of my life!!
I have been working for people with disability and Inclusion in India for more then a decade now. There are very few platforms that give you opportunity to know and understand about your peers working in this field.
Being an Inclusion fellow for 2019 Cohort I got opportunity to know and interact with people with some amazing fellows who are working in Inclusion and disability sector. Not just made amazing friends, got opened to new perspectives, new thoughts and realized that now I have an extended family to back on and part of this very movement to bring a change in the world of Disability.
India Inclusion Summit (IIS) is a community-driven platform in creating awareness about disabilities and the need for inclusion in mainstream society.
The event brings together thought leaders and unsung heroes from the field of disability and inclusion to deliberate, discuss, and drive change in our society. I am happy o be part of this community.
